In Company Updates, Community

The past 12 months have been difficult to navigate, but they’ve given us all the perfect resolution, as we enter the new year – to keep working towards enhancing our overall well-being. And we’re excited to be able to provide everyone with the perfect platform to do this. Announcing Enrich by Mindhouse, a community to help people make physical and mental wellness a bigger part of everyday life.

The pandemic has fundamentally changed the way we live our lives. Social interactions have been disrupted, leading to increased feelings of isolation, particularly among children and young adults. The shift to Working from Home, and the challenge of balancing work with household chores has blurred the lines between personal and professional life, causing an increase in levels of stress and anxiety. Sleep has also been a major Covid casualty, as numerous people have reported suffering from fragmented or poor-quality sleep.

How does Enrich help?

Building a consistent personal wellness routine can go a long way towards managing all these problems more effectively – and this is where Enrich has a significant role to play. Our aim is to build a holistic and interactive platform, where members can discuss their own perspectives on physical and mental well-being. This is what the community will have to offer its members:

  • Curated discussions on better wellness practices
  • Advice on Mind-body wellness, Nutrition, Meditation & Yoga from industry leaders
  • Yoga and meditation sessions with Mindhouse experts
  • Virtual community meet-ups & interactions

In 2020, we were forced to be more resilient. In 2021, we should choose to be. Enrich will help you find the motivation to kickstart your wellness routine, the inspiration to take it to the next level, and everything in between.

If you’re keen to join our growing community, send us your details via this form, and we’ll be in touch soon!
