Gurugram (Remote Working Currently)

About the role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for owning the language, tonality, aesthetics and adherence to brand guidelines for all external facing communications – including but not limited to social media, digital ads, brand campaigns, branded properties, community initiatives, long form content and user communications (app / web copy, EDMs, notifications etc.). You will need a combination of innovative & creative thinking, an impeccable aesthetic sensibility & design skill, and a flair for coming up with catchy copy, to thrive in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Transform business briefs into creative solutions, and own the value chain from ideation to execution
  • Planning a holistic content strategy & calendar across all platforms including Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn & YouTube
  • Staying updated with content formats, trends and platform specific requirements
  • Conceptualizing and running topical brand campaigns aligned to business objectives
  • Be a creative leader and work closely with relevant internal stakeholders to deliver all creative outputs

Skills & Competencies

  • At least 5-7 years of hands-on creative experience in managing content or communications at a consumer brand
  • Great content marketing skills, to be able to create engaging, relatable and authentic content across platforms
  • Impeccable visual design skills & aesthetic sense to ensure all communications look top notch, and are aligned with brand guidelines
  • A self-sufficient self-starter with an ability to thrive under tight deadlines
