Mindhouse is a gym to train your mind offering workouts and programmes to enable the mind to do more.
In the hustle and bustle of daily life, our mental fitness takes a toll. Be it driving in rush hour traffic to work related stress or personal life issues, we de-prioritize our mental well being and turn to quick fixes to relax, de-stress and focus our minds. At Mindhouse, you’ll learn how to reshape your response to stress and anxiety. How to improve your focus to always get in the zone. How to raise your energy levels and lift “brain fog.”
- How does this work?
We offer guided courses by expert trainers at our state of the art studio. We also have an app which provides access to 10 min daily sessions to help you practice at home.
- What is the basis of the courses?
Scientific research in the space of neuroscience and positive psychology has shown that meditation and breathing exercises have had clinically proven results on reducing stress and anxiety and on improving overall mental fitness.
Our courses are designed on the techniques used in meditation, yoga and breathing exercises to help you achieve optimal results keeping in mind your daily grinding schedule.
We at Mindhouse don’t propose or push any religious or spiritual philosophy. We believe that mind fitness should become a way of life and everyone should be able to benefit from it.

- Who are your trainers?
Our trainers are professionally trained from renowned institutes of yoga and meditation. They have over 2000hrs of classroom training and have conducted workshops both in India and abroad.
- How do I start?
You need to buy a package of classes from our website or app. You can also buy a package from our studio.
Once you have bought a package, you can use the app to book your class according to your convenience.
- How do I choose a course for myself?
You can choose a course relevant to you by choosing from 5 different goals on the app – Better Sleep, Focus, Patience, Relaxed body and Relaxed mind. Once you have chosen the goals you want to work on, our app will suggest the courses most suited for you and you make your choice from those.
- How can I buy a course? How do I buy multiple courses?
You can buy a package of classes from the web or app. You do not need to buy separate packages for different courses. You can use the same package to book classes for different courses.
