Once you sign up, our trainers will call you for a free consultation, to help you customize your classes, and pick the timings for your weekly sessions – multiple slots are available each day.
Sessions include breathing exercises to enhance respiratory health and improve the oxygen intake in the lungs, by removing toxins.
A large part of each session involves practising gentle Yoga postures that make you feel more active, by working on all the key muscles and joints from head to toe, stretching the entire body. These rhythmic movements also help to improve blood circulation, increase flexibility, and reduce stress and bodily aches.
Meditation techniques practised in some of the sessions help to calm the mind, reduce stress, and improve sleep. Specially curated techniques improve your overall emotional well-being and help you live your life to the fullest.
This programme has been designed for people over the age of 60, to help them stay healthy, active, calm, and positive.
