What is Mindhouse?

We've adopted a comprehensive approach to mental health within our app, offering a wide range of services which include a repository of self-help content, guided meditation classes and access to hand-picked therapy professionals. Moreover, you get access to a supportive community where you can share freely and seek help from like-minded individuals.
How do I find a Therapist based on my needs?
To find a Therapist suited to your needs, you can browse through a list of professionals or take our unique "Harmony Profile" questionnaire. This tool assesses your personality and preferences to suggest Therapists who are the best match for you. Each Therapist's profile includes detailed information about their background, qualifications, and personal interests to help you make an informed choice.
How do you select & vet the Therapists on your platform?
We have a rigorous onboarding process for Therapists to ensure that they are licensed professionals with relevant experience. We also collect detailed information regarding their focus areas, age groups they work with, their therapeutic approach & their background to make decision-making easier for our customers.
What is the difference between a vibe-check session and a regular session?
A vibe-check session is a brief 20-minute introductory meeting to get acquainted with your Therapist, understand their approach, and address any initial questions. In contrast, a regular session lasts up to 50 minutes and involves a deeper exploration of your background, reasons for seeking therapy, personal history, goal-setting, and planning actionable steps for your journey.
Can I change my Therapist after I have booked a consultation?
Yes, you can change Therapists by cancelling your existing booking no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment and then booking a new slot with an alternate Therapist. You can do this via the app, website, through Whatsapp or via email.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment with a Therapist?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel an appointment no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. An appointment can be rescheduled only once. In the case of cancellation, a full refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. You can do this via the app, website, through Whatsapp or via email.
Can I book a session with a Therapist for the same day?
Absolutely! You can book a session with a Therapist for the same day. However, the earliest slot you can book would be at least 6 hours from the present time.
What if I need to book an appointment immediately?
We currently do not have the provision for booking consultations on an immediate basis as we do not provide emergency services.
