How do I find a Therapist based on my needs?
To find your ideal Therapist, you can browse through the list of Therapists using smart filters that narrow down your search or use our signature questionnaire - the "Harmony Profile", which is designed to evaluate your unique personality & needs to recommend Therapists best suited to you. Additionally, we offer extensive information about a Therapist including their background, qualifications, hobbies and more in their profiles.
How do you select & vet the Therapists on your platform?
We have a rigorous onboarding process for Therapists to ensure that they are licensed professionals with relevant experience. We also collect detailed information regarding their focus areas, age groups they work with, their therapeutic approach & their background to make decision-making easier for our customers.
What is the difference between a trial session & a regular session?
A trial session is a short 20-minute meet-&-greet session to get to know your Therapist, understand the approach they will take to help you and clarify any doubts or queries you might have. A regular session lasts up to 60 minutes, which includes gathering background information, exploring your reasons for seeking therapy, examining your personal history, assessing the situation, setting achievable goals, addressing your questions and expectations, and potentially planning actionable steps.
Can I change my Therapist after I have booked a consultation?
Yes, you can change Therapists by cancelling your existing booking no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment and then booking a new slot with an alternate Therapist. You can do this via the app, website, through Whatsapp or via email.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment with a Therapist?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel an appointment no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. An appointment can be rescheduled only once. In the case of cancellation, a full refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. You can do this via the app, website, through Whatsapp or via email.
Can I book a session with a Therapist for the same day?
Absolutely! You can book a session with a Therapist for the same day. However, the earliest slot you can book would be at least 6 hours from the present time.
What if I need to book an appointment immediately?
We currently do not have the provision for booking consultations on an immediate basis as we do not provide emergency services.
